state, federal, or local law. Dr. Goulet provides guidance with

as a psychologist and does not provide services as a psychologist
through NorthStar Guidance.
The focus of the services of Dr.
Goulet and NorthStar Guidance is not directly on mental health
issues such as depression or anxiety. However, the focus on
rediscovering meaning and passion in life through personal and
spiritual development will often make a positive difference in these
quality of life issues. Should you require or prefer the services of
